The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau for the 11th World Harp Congress and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Room rates for the Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre (noted below) have been negotiated and are available to delegates and groups.
Hotel Accommodation bookings can be made via the online registration form. You must register for the Congress in order to book accommodation. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.
It is important that attendees support the host hotel whenever possible.

Delegates wishing to share rooms and split the room costs may do so, and the online registration form allows for you to indicate who you will be sharing a room with. You may also contact the Housing and Registration team at whc2011-registration@icsevents.com to assist in pairing you with a roommate. The Congress Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for roommate-related agreements or decisions that don't work out.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES Please contact whc2011-registration@icsevents.com. Cancellations or changes WILL NOT be accepted by phone. Cancellations must be made no later than six weeks prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night room and tax which will be applied to the credit card on file or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit. All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing by mail, fax or email (preferred) and sent to the Congress Secretariat. Please Note: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of the hotel reservation and a charge equal to one night room and tax or more charged to the credit card number provided or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit. Please confirm the length of your stay with the hotel at check-in time. Should you decide to leave earlier, the hotel may charge for all nights reserved.
